Ready to scale the ladder to Excel Expert heights? In this 7-hour in-person class in our hands-on computer lab, you’ll learn about Excel’s most powerful and advanced tools for data analysis and presentation. Practice logical and lookup functions, more advanced formulas, arrays, auditing, error-trapping, and the much beloved date, time, text, and other functions. Learn about importing external data via Power Pivot, exporting data, What-If Analysis and automating repetitive tasks with macros. Coursebooks, practice files used during class and dozens of additional test worksheets with solutions are also provided for further practice, or even as templates in your future builds. Excel 1 and 2 are strongly recommended but not required.

Join us for an evening of floral fun in anticipation of spring! In this hands-on class, you will learn to build your own floral arrangement. We’ll explore color theory, flower types, mechanics, and best practices for keeping your arrangements healthy.

All materials are provided, including fresh florals, tools, and mechanics. You’ll leave with a beautiful arrangement and the skills to create more at home!

Explore the full potential of your sourdough starter with our advanced class! We'll go beyond basic loaves to share recipes for sourdough English muffins, chocolate chip cookies, and creative flour blends like Einkorn. You'll learn how to read your crumb, achieve a great rise, and make smart adjustments to improve your bakes. We'll wrap up with a Q&A and troubleshooting session to help you overcome any starter or bread challenges.

PivotTables (PTs) are a legendary Excel feature. Have you ever used them to summarize, analyze, explore, and present your data? They’re highly flexible and adjustable with a few mouse clicks. In this 4-hour in-person class, held in our hands-on computer lab, learn about preparing raw data, creating PTs from multiple sources, summarizing, organizing, filtering and formatting PTs, followed by creating, manipulating and formatting their synchronized “sister” PivotCharts. Leave with skills to take your pile of data and feed it into PTs and PCs for useful data analysis.Books provided. While not required, completing Excel Levels 1-3 are recommended to get the most out of this course.

Discover the art of relief printing in a whole new way—on fabric! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to design, carve, and print your own original block designs directly onto textiles. We’ll cover essential techniques for creating bold, beautiful patterns that you can replicate at home.

Bring your own fabric to personalize your project—yardage, dish towels, t-shirts, or any smooth-textured material works great. At the end of the session, you’ll leave with your custom-printed fabric, your carved block, and a versatile skill set for future creative projects.

The HeartSaver Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Course will teach you the foundation for saving lives due to cardiac arrest. You'll learn the necessary skills to provide effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for victims of all ages and in a wide variety of settings. This course focuses on what healthcare rescuers need to know to perform CPR, both as a single rescuer and as part of a multi-rescuer team. You will also learn how to correctly respond to choking emergencies and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Certification will be issued after successful completion of the class.
