Ramen is cheap and it’s easy, but it can get boring, right? Well not anymore! In this class a local culinary instructor will teach you all kinds of ways to make ramen not only taste better, but also be better for you. First, you’ll learn some quick safety tips and knife skills, then we’ll demonstrate LOTS of different ways to take ramen to the next level, including ways to increase the protein and make it highly nutritious. Sounds tasty!
