This class will help you develop a working definition of project management and identify knowledge requirements for project managers. We’ll also explore key interpersonal skills needed for effective project management, such as communicating, leading, motivating, problem solving, decision making, and influencing. The goal of this class is to help you gain confidence and learn how to effectively apply this knowledge as a project manager or project team member. This is a beginner level class with no project management experience needed, but it would also serve as a solid refresher for those with some experience.
