The HeartSaver Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Class will teach you the foundation for saving lives due to cardiac arrest. You'll learn the necessary skills to provide effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for victims of all ages and in a wide variety of settings. This course focuses on what healthcare rescuers need to know to perform CPR, both as a single rescuer and as part of a multi-rescuer team. You will also learn how to correctly respond to choking emergencies and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Certification will be issued after successful completion of the class.
