The HeartSaver Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Course will teach you the foundation for saving lives due to cardiac arrest. You'll learn the necessary skills to provide effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for victims of all ages and in a wide variety of settings. This course focuses on what healthcare rescuers need to know to perform CPR, both as a single rescuer and as part of a multi-rescuer team. You will also learn how to correctly respond to choking emergencies and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Certification will be issued after successful completion of the class.

Project Management Essentials

This one-day class provides students with a high-level overview of project management essentials. This class will help you develop a working definition of project management and identify knowledge requirements for project managers. We’ll also explore key interpersonal skills needed for effective project management, such as communicating, leading, motivating, problem solving, decision making, and influencing. The goal of this class is to help you gain confidence and learn how to effectively apply this knowledge as a project manager or project team member. This is a beginner level class with no project management experience needed, but it would also serve as a solid refresher for those with some experience.
