We'll delve into the care and maintenance of sourdough starters, as well as the fine art of shaping, slashing, and steam-baking traditional sourdough boules.  During this one-day class, you'll learn everything there is to know about sourdough starter, bread making tips and tricks, and as an added bonus, you'll leave with your very own 100+ year old starter that can be used the following day. One of Wyoming’s own celebrated artists will cover the techniques of using water mixable oil-based paints during this 6-week course. You’ll learn and apply basic color theory to real life scenery and finish with a completed landscape painting!

Each class this spring will cover a unique landscape subject. Take all 4 classes and you'll end up with 4 different paintings!
